By downloading, installing, or using ShopLink by UnleashPOS (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
- Use of the App
2.1 Eligibility: You must be a client of a wholesaler company participating in the UnleashPOS program to use this App.
2.2 Account Creation: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password.
2.3 Permitted Use: The App is designed for placing orders directly with wholesalers. Any use of the App for purposes other than its intended use is strictly prohibited.
- User Responsibilities
3.1 Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.2 Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the App
- Intellectual Property
4.1 Ownership: The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UnleashPOS and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
4.2 License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose.
- Privacy and Data Usage
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference.
- Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
